A courteous gentleman named Bennett, #3098, arrived to initially deal with our water heater, but he went above and beyond by advising me that the entire system should be replaced for safety reasons. Having two young children, his honesty was greatly appreciated, as some might have just carried out the given task without considering additional safety measures. Bennett was professional, informative, and respectful. He's a fantastic plumber and an excellent representative for the business. His work in New York was overall remarkable.
